K.O BAG WORKOUT
This class provides a total physical workout appropriate for Men and Women
of all ages, who wish to improve their physical condition, get in shape, lose weight,
release stress . This class provides a high cardio exercise, incorporating all kinds
of strenght routins using (medicine balls, kettle bells, jump ropes, strenght ropes, etc)
as well as boxing drills, martial art Kicks and much more.
Classes are 50 minutes in lenght. And are offered on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. Please check our schedule for time.
This class requires Boxing Gloves, and YMA T-shirt.
